Hawaiian Poke Bowl opens 2 outlets in Amsterdam
After conquering Belgium, the popular poké bowl chain Hawaiian is now making its debut in the Netherlands by opening in Amsterdam. On July 3, Hawaiian opened its doors on Ferdinand Bolstraat with a festive opening. Later that month, a branch will also open in Bijlmer. The rapid growth in the Netherlands shows that the fast food demand is also shifting here to high-quality and healthy food, such as Hawaiian’s well-known poké bowls.
Hawaiian’s emphasis on fresh, healthy food and the focus on employee well-being has garnered the chain a loyal following in Belgium. After successful openings in cities like Maastricht, Eindhoven, Tilburg, and Arnhem, no fewer than two new branches in Amsterdam are the next logical step. These are open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Since its founding in 2018 in Flanders, Hawaiian has made it easy to enjoy this healthy and tasty meal. The chain’s motto, ‘Making Healthy Easy,’ links the efficiency of fast food with the quality of healthy and flavorful poké bowls.
There are now more than forty Hawaiian branches in Belgium and the Netherlands, renowned for their wide selection of poké bowls. There are seven ‘House Favorites,’ including two vegetarian/vegan options, which can be ordered in both medium and large sizes. For each protein (meat, fish, or chicken), a unique poké bowl is created, where visitors only need to choose the base (rice, salad, quinoa & sweet potato, or nachos). All bowls are also fully halal.
For those who want to create their own bowl, Hawaiian offers the ‘Make Your Own Pokébowl’ option: choose your favorite base, protein, your five favorite mix-ins, toppings, and one of the twelve unique dressings for a personalized taste experience.
Fun fact: with the large variety of ingredients, 2.7 billion different bowls could be created.
