Overall I’m happy with Zettle, it does exactly what it should do. I love the fact that it has the necessary integrations with other tools that we use such as WooCommerce and Quickbooks. However, just like with any large company, it’s hard to get in touch with customer support and get a speedy reply on the questions asked, while POS is kinda necessary to run our business. Hope they improve on that soon!
